Sam's Birthday Weekend

The baby didn't arrive on his birthday, so Sam and I enjoyed our weekly hike in the Greenbelt Park and had some friends over on Sunday for food, drinks, and some sporting...and I made an attempt at an ice cream cake. Besides melting pretty fast, it was a pretty good treat. Next time I'll double the strawberries inside though!

Last Bradley Class

We completed our Bradley class last night and I think - while we're all feeling a lot more ready for the births - we're going to miss our weekly sessions. It was a really fun group and Suzanne did a great job giving us the resources to (hopefully) have natural childbirthing experiences. Here's a few photos - of the couples (all except one, who had their baby the day before!) and then of just the girls, in order of our due dates. I really look forward to keeping in touch with everyone, meeting their babies, and continuing to share this experience as we transition past pregnancy and into parenthood. Good luck to you all!
